Zucchini with Sour Cream
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp of butter
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 lb of zucchini sliced in 1/4 rounds
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp dill
1 cup of low-fat sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Sauté the butter, mushrooms, and zucchini together for five
minutes.
Mix the sugar, garlic powder, flour, and dill together and add to the
zucchini. Blend in the sour cream. Heat thoroughly.
