Rosemary Breakfast Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
6-8 BeWise Potatoes
3 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
2 Tablespoons of Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Serves 4-8 people (depends on serving size)
These simple potatoes can be cooked on the stove top or baked in the
oven for a quick and easy add on at breakfast or a fantastic base to a
burrito!
DIRECTIONS
-Wash. Slice. Chop potatoes into cubes.
-Toss with olive oil & rosemary until evenly coated.
-Heat in frying pan or baking dish at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Store in tupperware for easy meal additions
throughout the week.
Quick way to save money: Separate these out into single or double
servings & store in individual ziplock baggies in the freezer to
have something on hand that's easily defrosted in the microwave or oven!
