Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake
¾ cup oil
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
½ cup sour milk or buttermilk
3 tablespoons cocoa or carob powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
2 ½ cups flour
Small bag of chocolate or carob chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9-by-13 inch pan. Mix all
ingredients and bake 30-35 minutes
