Creamy Dill Dressing
From the Madison Herb Society Cookbook
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream
¼ cup milk
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 teaspoons paprika
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; gradually stir in milk, mixing will.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve
with salad greens. Makes 2 cups.
