Tomato and Potato Gratin
6 medium Yukon gold potatoes (1.5 lbs), cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 medium onions, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 bunch of thyme
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 1/2 cup of cream
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place the potato, tomato, onion, thyme and garlic in a bowl. Season
well with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
3. Spread out in a 9 x 13 baking dish and pour the cream over.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until nicely browned and a knife inserted
comes out easily (in other words, the potatoes are cooked).
