Seasoned Kale

2 Bunches of Kale
2-4 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick sauce pan
Sprinkling of non salt seasoning
Some cajun seasoning (a mix of paprika pepper onion ,garlic powder, red pepper flakes)
Liquid smoke to sprinkle generously over the greens
Couple caps full of apple vinegar
1 medium size potato cut into bite-sized pieces

Braise all ingredients in the pan. Check in about 10 min and turn.
When done, add a generous sprinkling of rasberry walnut vinegarette to taste.
